Our Auckland pop-up will be held in Westmere. The full address will be sent in your booking confirmation.

Please arrive on time, as sessions are booked back to back. If you’re running late, please call us as soon as possible.

Your session is very quick and relaxed. We’ll photograph your iris, then you’ll be able to view your images and choose your favourite designs.

For this pop-up, we won’t be offering on-the-spot prints. However, you’ll still be able to order ready-to-hang framed artwork shipped to you, and you’ll also get to see our new product options, including acrylic and canvas.

Please book two back to back slots if you are booking in for a group of 5 or more people or with pets.

We understand that plans can change, so please give us at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your session.

If you make a booking within 24 hours of your appointment time, please only book if you are sure you can attend, as short-notice bookings cannot be cancelled or rescheduled without approval.

Cancellations or reschedule requests made with less than 24 hours’ notice, as well as missed appointments, may be treated as a no-show. As this time has been reserved specifically for you, the full booked session price may still apply.

Please arrive on time for your appointment. Late arrivals may result in a shorter session, or in some cases may need to be treated as a no-show, as bookings run back to back.

In rare cases, we may need to reschedule or cancel a booking due to reasons outside of our control, such as illness, equipment issues, venue access, or other unexpected circumstances. If this happens, we’ll contact you as soon as possible and do our best to arrange another suitable time.
