Iris Photography NZ started the simplest way possible, on the sidewalk by the wharf in Queenstown, meeting locals and travellers one by one and showing people the first time what their iris actually looks like in ultra detail. What began as a small pop up setup quickly turned into something bigger, not because we chased “growth,” but because people genuinely loved the experience, the artwork, and the feeling of turning a quick session into something personal they could keep forever.
Today, Iris Photography NZ is a New Zealand owned small business touring Aotearoa with pop ups and private bookings. We are based in Queenstown and regularly travel to major cities and regions to make iris photography accessible to more people, without needing a permanent studio in every location.
Our focus is simple, create premium iris artwork, deliver a smooth experience, and make every customer feel looked after from the moment they book to the moment they receive their final files or prints.
